We are currently looking for a Nordic Sales Development Manager for Danone. This role is the main point of contact between Danone's Sales & Marketing divisions, covering both Activation and Category responsibilities within the Nordic countries. It is a broad role where you will lead the development within these areas along with your colleagues. You will report to the Head of Sales and be based at Danone's head office in Solna.
An interim solution for this role is also available.
Your responsibility will be to analyze the market evolution for Danone and our competition, including shopper behavior, with customer and regional specifics to identify growth levers and potential for each category and customer. An important part of the role is to build long-term relationships with our clients in order to influence category management decisions, to co-create strategies for the clients' category development (4P) and also implement it. You lead the company Activation calendar in order to co-build, coordinate and implement all trade marketing activities in-store. You moderate our topline meetings where strategies and activities are decided on.
You have a University Degree or equivalent and at least 2-3 years of experience within Category Management and might have experience in sales/ trade marketing. You have solid skills in project management and easily build strong relations with your stakeholders; the retail clients and internally. You've also demonstrated your analytical skills before and enjoy working equally with people and numbers.
You are fluent in English, but all Nordic languages are useful as we operate in four countries and you present well. You've been in a tough spot before and can negotiate when needed, but most of all you are a result-oriented team player who enjoys working together in an international team. You are agile and looking forward to your next steps and wide range of responsibility to build your career.
