The role
The role of Program Manager Echo is accountable for the overall performance of the Nordic Buy Back Trade in (BBTI) customer programs and relevant channel relationships as well as for the coordination of all operational activities related to the trade in program. The key focus of the role is to drive channel satisfaction and collection of volumes (right products, time and price). The role is supporting in providing operational excellence, market leading innovation and a commercially profitable line of business for existing as well as new business opportunities. This role assumes accountability of the BBTI client and operations, taking full ownership of the entire end-to-end BBTI supply chain process from pricing to platform to inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that monthly promotional plans are agreed and implemented to maximize collection opportunity.
  • Overall accountability for channel performance and development
  • Overall accountability for collection volumes, inventory and for ensuring that quality and mix of device collections drive profitable programs
  • Overall accountability for operational processes for BBTI programs
  • BBTI Business System Owner (BSO) – CRs and projects ownership and sign-off accountability
  • Responsible and accountable for forecasting and annual channel budget process
  • Present channel performance at customer QBR (Quarterly Business Reviews)
  • Monitor performance of Warehouse operational BBTI team and responsible for ensuring implementation of corrective actions or process improvements.
  • Support new business development opportunities in Nordics as the subject matter expert.
  • Provide reporting to EMEA and Nordic management.
  • Responsible for reconciliation in the different programs, ensuring transparency, timely execution and accuracy of reporting provided to finance and customers.
  • Responsible for introducing continuous innovation in processes, training, promotions and commercial/operational actions to ensure the success of the channel programs.

  • Proficiency in English and Scandinavian is a must.
  • Experience within the IT, FMCG, mobile telecoms market or related industries.
  • Preferably understanding of operator's and retailer's products and services offerings.
  • Experience of business development sales cycles and account planning processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and various levels.
  • Be a powerful and persuasive communicator and influencer; strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Preferably within a matrix organization.
  • Self - starter, adaptable, persuasive, problem solver
  • MS Office, strong skills in especially Power Point and Excel
  • Business performance reports (internal / external)
