Position Summary
You will be part of the Vendor Rebate team in Finance of 2 people and reporting to the Nordic Accounting Manager. As Vendor Rebate Program Analyst at Tech Data you will analyze and support the business organization in optimizing the earned vendor rebates, a key area part of Tech Data´s P&L. You will be working closely with the business to ensure correct quality in the input, understanding the programs and be super user on our Rebate Tracker tool.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Understand and manage all vendor rebate programs in Nordics
  • Capture all rebate programs correctly in our Rebate Tracker tool
  • Collaborate and communicate with the business related to vendor rebates
  • Support performing analyses and follow-up of vendor rebates.
  • Ensure correct quality in the vendor rebate tracker tool
  • Follow up and deliver tracking of vendor rebates throughout the period
  • Actively support team members, act as a team player and work for a good team spirit.
Position Qualification
We expect you to have a Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting plus 3-5 years of relevant work experience within FP&A and/or Accounting. You have good communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language, both verbally and in writing.

You are technical in your approach and love to work in core systems (SAP) as well as being very good in Excel.
