We are expanding in Sweden and are looking for a Senior Asset Manager to our newest campus in Stockholm, Kista Front. Do you have a can-do attitude, a background within real estate business and focus on sales and customer satisfaction - come and simplify everyday life with us!

WHAT WILL YOU DO

As a Senior Asset Manager you have the overall responsibility of running Technopolis campus at Kista Front. You have a key role in developing and growing the business in the campus as well as monitoring the service delivery. You are the first one in on Kista Front campus.
  • You have the overall responsibility of Technopolis business and sales locally
  • You acquire new customers and manage key accounts
  • Yo are responsible for launching Technopolis service concept to the campus in close co-operation with the Technopolis Group team
  • You manage local partners and service providers
  • Yo are responsible for the business unit budget, cost follow-up and forecasting
  • You collaborate with local stakeholders

Who are you

To succeed as a Senior Asset Manager you should be forward leaning, driven and customer oriented as well as a great business man/woman. You have outstanding people skills and you have hunger for finding new customers. You are self-directed and you find the mission of building and growing the campus in Kista Front fun, demanding and rewarding. Your entrepreneurial mindset comes handy in this position. You want to succeed with us!
  • 5 years + experience in real estate business
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Excellent skills and track record in sales and delivery
  • Experience in managerial tasks e.g. as a team leader
  • Result-driven and problem-solving attitude
  • Five Star customer orientation *****
  • Team player and excellent people skills
  • Business, technical or similar education (master or bachelor degree)
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Well connected with local stakeholders
