What you will do
We have a fantastic opportunity within Unit4 for a Senior Account Manager to join our successful, growing and highly motivated sales team for existing customers. In this senior role, you will sell our range of ERP, Property Management and more in Sweden. Office located in Stockholm, Solna.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your role as Senior Account Manager will be primarily to nurture and grow existing accounts. Being the main point of contact for customers' matters, you anticipate their needs and make sure that their satisfaction is reached. At the same time, you expand the range of services they purchase by seeing opportunities fast.

Furthermore, part of the job is to develop a sales plan and strategy to win new license sales revenue in line with specific sales targets. Working closely with our strong Pre-sales team you will be able to translate business and IT-based requirements into a long-term business-driven Unit4 solution, which aligns with the business strategy of our clients.

You will take a leading role and be actively involved in company activities, such as regular sales meetings, forecasting, the achievement of annual targets etc.

Who you are
As a senior sales professional with a number of years of proven experience, you have a consistent track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, in understanding their business and needs and in planning proposals, as well as in generating your own opportunities and driving new business.

You have clear verbal and written communication skills (swedish and english) and be comfortable dealing with C level executives. Furthermore, you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit in your quest for new business opportunities at mid-enterprise level. You are a consultative salesperson, you understand ERP software/business applications and you are able to articulate the business benefit to your customers.

You are an energetic, commercially savvy, creative and collaborative sales professional who adopts a customer-centric approach to the work. You have a sales track record of owning and exceeding sales targets as a result of driving and winning opportunities – you own the entire end-to-end sales process. You engage with appropriate resources during the sales process to ensure success and you have a firm understanding of the Enterprise Software marketing/solutions.
