What is your assignment?
As a Sales Manager you will ensure that Boon is leading the field when it comes to supplying top quality revolving doors, high security doors and speed gates. One of your tasks will be increasing customer's awareness in providing them with welcome and secure entrance solutions.
Your assignment therefore is to become the entry expert, who strives to continuously add value to their customers and improve Customer Intimacy!

How do you achieve this?
In this role, you are responsible for P&L in Sweden. You develop both the strategic and operational vision of the Sales department. Your proactive approach is crucial to facilitate the further growth of Boon Edam Sweden. Together - with 7 direct reports - you ensure an increase in revenues from after-sales and retrofit.

With your inspiring style of leadership everyone will continue to exceed its expectations and improve their performance(s), whilst creating more efficient internal processes. It's important to be a motivational leader for your colleagues, who are willing to go the extra mile for you. However, you have to focus on the outside too as you visit Key Accounts on a regular basis.

For any technical questions that could arise from your sales activities you can rely on Project- and Operation Managers. KPI's, budgets, forecasts and SMART-plans should be your expertise.
You will work out of Stockholm-region and you report directly to the Managing Director.

What will you bring to the table?
What you bring to the table on a business level:
  • proven track record of sales increase and sales success
  • broad and deep knowledge of construction or industrial sector is preferred
  • Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge at an experienced level
  • education, minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • preferably SAP experience
  • good command of the English language.
What you bring to the table on a personal level:
  • inspirational sales leader with drive & dedication
  • can-do attitude with experience in project/change management; you lead by example
  • strive for continuous improvement, willingness to learn, a strong personal opinion
  • good analytical skills with an ability to evaluate risks and success.
