Continuous improvements translating requirements into capabilities and deliveries As CRM Business Consultant, you will clarify business requirements understanding the real pain points and expected outcome, thus successfully translating the business requirements into SFDC solutions. You will support our sales and service organisation to maintain strong salesforce processes and facilitate our global process owner community, ensuring that we build a world-class CRM system. Other areas of responsibility will be:
Configuration of the SFDC solution
Ensure proper testing of new functionalities (maintain up-to-date test scripts)
Ensure continuous improvement of the CRM platform and support optimisation of business processes

CRM consultant with business acumen and strong communication skills You have a relevant background within business consultancy in relation to implementation of Information Technology and some years' experience working as a CRM business consultant in a global company with +300 Salesforce.com users. You have a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and a structured and proactive approach to drive and deliver activities. Great interpersonal skills are one of your strong suits, alongside your communication skills and drive to deliver high-quality results every time.
