You will become part of a fast-paced and high-energy team with agile and dedicated professionals set to roll out, maintain and further develop the global CRM platform for the entire Danfoss business.
Effective support and test of new functionalities As Salesforce Business Admin, you will provide daily support for the sales and service organisation, from handling questions over delivering standard services and handling user administration to managing non-complex change requests. You will monitor the support case queue and solve support cases within expected delivery times. Other areas of responsibility will be:
Handling daily support cases
Manage global training materials
Manage FAQ site
Ensure and test new SFDC functionalities
Specific ad hoc training for Power Users
Flexible, service-minded and certified in Salesforce.com Admin You have a solid understanding of Salesforce.com and are a certified Salesforce.com Admin, topped with some years' experience from sales/customer service. It will be an advantage if you bring experience from a global company. You are an effective communicator, and you thrive with a high activity level and keep calm under pressure. Moreover, you are pragmatic, proactive and organised. Finally, your language skills include business level fluency in English.
