Etex Nordic, which is part of the world's leading building material producer Etex Group, is looking for a proactive and analytical Product Manager Nordic who will contribute to drive and develop our product portfolio in the Nordic countries which is Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

The Role:
The Product Manager role is seen as the central hub for information about our products, markets, competitors, customers, prospects, key industry analysis, and many other constituencies for the 3 brands EQUITONE, CEDRAL & Euronit/ivarcem.

To be successful, you must continuously collect and analyze data and business intelligence from all these sources, as well as your internal sources such as marketing, sales and customer service to be the customer's voice in the execution of the company's strategy in the Nordic countries.

As Nordic Product Manager, you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. Internally, you will collaborate daily with our Sale Managers, Brand Mangers and Technical Manager in the Nordic region. In addition, you will have a close collaboration with the divisions Brand Product Managers, to create feedback between the local and division organization.

As we are looking for a Nordic Product Manager you might either be living in the Malmö area (Sweden) or in the Fredericia Area (Denmark). You should expect some travel activity, mainly to the other Nordics Countries. You will refer to our Country Manager Nordics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in the Nordic Countries on a regular basis via multiple channels.
  • Specifying local market and product requirements, feature sets, key positioning, and messaging elements.
  • Collaborating with the divisions product management team to solve problems and opportunities.
  • Conducting relevant local research studies
  • Curating, communicating, and managing the agreed product roadmap.
  • Analyzing external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Help to define KPIs at a local level and setting targets that supports Etex Nordic towards success
  • Help to develop internal and external product training plans.
  • Creating and maintaining supporting product documentation
  • Secure all relevant data in relation to Masterdata on a local level and 3rd party document databases are maintained
  • Analysis of Competitors products and solutions
  • Market introduction - Drive, coordinate and implement Launch of new products in cooperation with Brand Managers
  • Trimming and maintenance of the product range (phase-in / phase-out) - portfolio review
  • 3rd party suppliers alignment with Central Category and Supply Chain

About you:
  • Has min. 3-5 years’ experience from a similar position preferably with project management with a technical products/solutions.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience in the Building construction, but not a requirement.
  • You have strong IT skills, and have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package
  • You communicate fluent in English both writing and speaking. You have native language skills in Danish or Swedish and are able to communicate in the Nordic languages Danish / Swedish/ Norwegian.
